The Gracie Barra Kids programs were created to provide those aged 4 to 8 with a foundation of values that are essential for all of us to build upon throughout our lives as we grow and mature–things like focus, listening skills, discipline, self-confidence, cooperation, and respect.  These concepts give our kids the life-skills needed to grow into good brothers, sisters, and friends; while also giving them the confidence needed to stand up to bullies and do what is right.

As parents, we can feed confident our little ones will thrive under expert supervision and instruction that emphasizes the building blocks of not only Jiu-Jitsu, but also aims establish healthy habits that can be carried throughout life.
